What are your delivery times?

Do you have a refund policy?

My package is damaged

Open it in the presence of the delivery person to check if the product is damaged. If so, refuse it.
If the delivery person refuses to let you open the package, refuse it as well. The same checks must be carried out if you are picking up your package at the post office.
